Durum wheat semolina, millet 10%. They come from 100% organic farming.
Rapunzel Spirelli organic millet semolina – the fine spirals that go with any sauce. The best Italian durum wheat and millet are combined with pure spring water. The slow and gentle drying process at low temperature ensures the typical flavor and the perfect “al dente” bite.
Method of preparation:
For 100g of pasta, boil 1 liter of salted water. Add the 100g of pasta to the water and cook for 7 minutes, stirring constantly. After the cooking time, drain the pasta and enjoy.
